Desired profiles of TCA would be:

  • Trans-Connect center is a "brick & mortar" model, managed by professional franchisee.

  • The franchisee should have business exposure in commercial vehicle /transportation /finance automotive products sales or related field.

  • Individual with operational knowledge of transportation industry and a will to take up challenging assignments.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, sales & customer orientation.

  • Sound financial background with a capability to invest Rs. 6- 8 lacs in the business.


Expectations from TCA:

  • The key role of TCA is to enrollment, activations and retention of fleet customers through Value propositions of TransConnect program.

  • Trans-Connect centers should have dedicated manpower to promote sales of Fuel/ non-fuel offerings to TransConnect customers.

  • Should have strong business contacts in commercial vehicle businesses.

  • To achieve sales and customer enrollment / activation targets.

  • Participating in demand generation activities, like customer meet, participation in trade exhibitions etc.

  • Should possess aggressive, ambitious and go-getter attitude.
