Trans-Connect is a complete fleet management solution for fleet owners, operators and corporate desirous of having "Total Control" over their Fleet from the "comfort" of their "Transport Office/Home". Trans-Connect is a powerful card-based program with pre-paid and post-paid fleet card offering by Reliance BP Mobility Ltd. that provides you with a unique combination of convenience, control, security and attractive reward points.

Who can join Trans-Connect program?
A Fleet owner/Fleet operator such as a broker, corporate or any other business entity that owns or controls at least 1 vehicle and above for commercial use can become a member of Trans-Connect Fleet Card program.

Where can a Trans-Connect Fleet Card be used?

Trans-Connect fleet card can be used for purchase of fuel (Diesel) and non-fuel products such as lubricants at Reliance pumps spread across the length and breadth of the country.

How do I become a member of the Trans-Connect program?

- The Trans-Connect Customer Enrolment form (CEF) needs to be filled with relevant details such as
Name, Address, Contact details, Fleet Details and type of card account desired.
- The CEF is available at all Reliance pump or Trans-Connect centre or you may call on our customer
service helpline for details of the nearest Trans-Connect centre or Reliance pump.
- The CEF has to be submitted to the nearest Trans-Connect centre or Reliance pump and must be
accompanied with an Identity Proof and Address Proof.
- Identity Proof : (any one of the following):
- Voters ID
- Pan Card
- Address Proof : (any one of the following): (For all types of Customers)
- Electricity Bill
- Land Line Telephone Bill
- Driving License
- Bank Passbook Copy (Address Page)

- Aadhar Card
- Proprietor : Copy of Proprietorship deed should be attached as Document.
- Partnership Firm : Copy of Partnership Deed.
- Pvt. & Public Ltd. Co. : Memorandum of Association should be attached as a Document.

- The CEF would then be processed for Trans-Connect Card creation and the welcome kit will be delivered to you within 21 working days.

You can simply call up 24x7 Customer helpline No. (1800 22 3023) to deactivate the card and thus, stop using the card for future transactions. Also, you can visit the nearest Trans-Connect Centre/Reliance pump to submit your request.

Can I enrol new vehicles to be midway?

Yes, you can add vehicles midway by filling up the additional/replacement form which is available at any Trans-Connect Centre/Reliance pump or Trans-Connect website or contact 24x7 Customer helpline No. (1800 22 3023) and submit your request.

What are the types of vehicles for which I can be issued a Trans-Connect card?

You can apply for Trans-Connect card for vehicles such as Trucks, Buses, Trailers, LCVs, Tempo etc.

What is a Trans-Connect Card?
-
Trans-Connect Card is a Fleet card given to a Trans-Connect member for each vehicle enrolled in the program. On enrolment into the Trans-Connect Fleet Management program, you, as the Fleet Owner, would be provided with a unique 6-digit Customer Identity number called as "Carrier Identification (CID)". All your vehicles enrolled under this CID would be provided with a Trans-Connect card personalized with details like Card Number, Card Member's Name, Vehicle Number printed on the card. Each vehicle will possess a unique Trans-Connect Card.
Trans-Connect card has two variants, a Pre-paid card and a Post-paid card. In a Pre-paid card, you can load money into your Carrier account and assign limits to cards enrolled for purchase of Fuel and other products. In Post-paid card, credit limit is uploaded based on your credit approval done by our credit partners such as a bank or NBFC.

How many vehicles/cards can I enrol?

- In a Trans-Connect Program under a single Carrier ID you can have maximum cards upto 999 (inclusive of New/Additional/Replacement).
- If you enrol five vehicles under the program, you will be entitled for five Trans-Connect cards. Each will have a common Carrier identification number (CID) but personalized with details printed on the card like:
- Card Number
- Card Member's Name
- Vehicle Number
- In a Trans-Connect Program under a single Carrier ID you can have maximum cards upto 999 (inclusive of New/Additional/Replacement).

Is my Trans-Connect Card vehicle specific or company specific?

Each Trans-Connect card is vehicle specific with Company Name and other personalized details like Card Number, Vehicle Number printed on the card.

Can I use one card for more than one vehicle?

No, Vehicle specific Trans-Connect card can be used only for fuelling the vehicle for which it has been issued. Every single vehicle number will have only one card.

What should I do if I lose the card?
-
- In case you lost your card or you are not able to locate the card, immediately call the 24 x 7 toll free Customer helpline No. 1800 22 3023 to deactivate the card and protect you from any fraudulent transaction in case the card is found and used by anybody.
- You may also request Customer Care for replacement of the lost card.
- Alternatively, you may contact your nearest Trans-Connect Centre or Reliance pump and inform them to deactivate the card and initiate a new replacement card.

How will I get a replacement card once I lose the original card?

- In case of a lost card, you need to contact our 24X7 Customer helpline No. 1800 22 3023.
- You need to fill Additional/Replacement card by visiting your nearest Trans-Connect Centre or Reliance pump.
- A replacement card can be issued to the card member after due verification.

Is there any maximum limit on purchase of product in a particular day?

Limit for purchase of products depend on the settings provided by you in the Customer Enrolment Form (CEF). In case you have not specified, then below 4 default limits are set on the card
Product :- Fuel (Diesel)
Quantity of purchase :- 500 ltr.
Frequency of Purchase :- 24 hrs and 2 hrs of wait time between 2 consecutive transactions.
Transaction Limit :- Rs. 35000/- per Swipe transaction
Daily Limit :- Rs.1,50,000/- i.e. Maximum amount which is cumulative of all transactions done on that day ( 00.00 hrs - 23.59 hrs )

Trans-Money is a unique Fleet Expenditure Management Service of Trans-Connect designed to help you make the most of your financial resources. With Trans-Money feature, you can manage your funds profitably and also keep track of en-route expenses.
Trans-Money allows you to deposit (load) money in your pre-paid account from anywhere in the vast Reliance Network of Trans-Connect Centre or Reliance pump. You get "INSTANT" credit into your account and then you may assign limits /values to each of your individual Trans-Connect card for product purchases and control expenses vehicle-wise thereafter. Trans-Money is virtually a "cashless" way to travel for your vehicles ensuring safety of your drivers.

You can change the limit settings of any/all your cards as many times as you wish to ensure optimum usage of your funds for working capital. This can be done without the need of physical presence of the card in your possession.

What is Trans-Manager?

Trans-Manager is a powerful Fleet service product that gives you "Complete Control" over your vehicles or Fleet anywhere in the country. Using Trans-Manager, you can set rules for the operation of your Fleet including how, when, where and at what frequency to buy fuel or non-fuel items from Reliance pumps. Your business operations can then run automatically and be easily supervised by you.
Trans-Manager allows for effective management of your operational expenses by setting fuel and other product purchase controls, eliminates unauthorised transactions and captures useful vehicle usage information for business planning.

What are the benefits of Trans-Manager to a customer?

- Set Limits: You can set limits on purchase of products as required. It allows you to set exact quantity for purchase of selected products. This provides you complete control over all your truck expenses on road. Thus you can manage your funds better by setting purchase frequency as per your trucks needs.
- Location Setting: You can select location of Reliance pumps offering Price advantage for fuelling your vehicles. This provides you cost advantage and reduced operational costs. This also prevent diversions by drivers from your planned routes by not allowing fuelling at any unauthorised fuelling locations.
- Security: Inbuilt security features for safer transactions through "Prompts". Prompts are questions set by you, which must be answered by your driver for transactions to be authorised at Reliance pumps. Failure in answering correctly to the prompt will decline the transaction.

- You can access our web based application called "NET MANAGER" from your home/office.
- You will be provided with an User ID and Password of Net Manager application for which you need to visit our nearest Trans-Connect Centre /Reliance pump and fill Net Manager user ID creation form (*T&C Apply).
- You can also access your Net Manager from any Trans-Connect Centre /Reliance pump.

What If I need more than one Net Manager User ID?

- Initially you will be provided with one user ID and Password of Net Manager Application.

- You can choose from a number of reports depending on your need for information available in Net Manger application.

- You can also try other reports to find the most suitable reports for your business needs.
- All reports are generated at real-time basis.

Can I block or deactivate any Card by using Net Manager?

- Yes. You can temporary block any of your card by using your Net Manager application.
- You can only unblock the cards which are blocked from your end.
- To be noted that, if any card is blocked from your end for more than 6 months then automatically the said card will get permanently blocked by the system.

Trans-Info is Fleet Information Service from Trans-Connect which provides you with a clear picture of the fuel and non-fuel transactions of the your Fleet. Trans-Info helps you in providing comprehensive data to analyse and improve your Fleet operations and profits.

- Trans-Info provides standard reports such as Summary Report, Vehicle-wise Report, Statement of Account Report. These are delivered at your address or mailed at your registered E-mail ID. ( If you have not provided your E-mail ID, kindly call up the customer care centre and do so immediately.)
- Detailed reports such as Deposit Report, Tran-Info Passbook helps you to save costs through analysis.

What are the security features in my Trans-Connect Fleet card?

Trans-Connect is a Fleet Management Programme by which you could have complete control on your trip. You could decide where your driver could buy, when he could buy, what he could buy and how often he could buy products and services from Reliance pumps. A Fleet Owner can, sitting in his office, exercise complete control on all his vehicles across the country. The Trans-Connect System offers the following:
Limits - By this you could define the number of litres to be permitted as well as the limit for all other purchases.
Locations - You could decide as to which Reliance pumps or states your driver could fuel at.
Prompts/Information - You could get important information if odometer readings are properly recorded.
Time Restrictions
For executing control, the Fleet owner could access the NET MANAGER application or call us. By doing this, he could set product limits, control fuelling locations, enable prompts/information and restrict usage of cards at particular times. By setting prompts, the owner could ensure security of his cards and by requesting for information during card transactions he could get real-time reports. And all this could be done at his location or by simply calling the 24/7 customer helpline number or by visiting the nearest Trans-Connect Centre.

What is a PIN?

PIN Prompt is a security measure that is built in for your benefit so that your card cannot be misused by any unauthorized person in case it is lost or misplaced. It is a secret prompt that your driver needs to enter on the HHT (Hand Held Terminal) every time your card is swiped for completing any purchase.

Automatic Redemption Scheme
-
Automatic Redemption Scheme is a facility offered by the Reliance Trans-Connect Program to its enrolled members towards systematic redemption of their accrued loyalty points in their card account, and transfer the same to their respective card account at specific intervals after conversion to equivalent money value as per the prevailing conversion value set by Reliance.
- The Carrier Account must always maintain a minimum accrual of 10000 points. Only accruals beyond 10000 points will be eligible for ARS.
- The minimum points for redemption through ARS will be 10000 points and multiples thereof.
- The ARS will commence within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the properly completed ARS mandate form at Loyalty HO located at Navi Mumbai. The carrier must include a duly filled Trans-Connect reward redemption form along with this ARS mandate form.
- The points specified for redemptions shall be deducted from the loyalty point balance in the carrier account. The redemption proceeds shall be loaded into the carrier's account after converting the same in equivalent money value as per the prevailing conversion value set by Reliance.
- Any request for change / cancellation of redemption through ARS should be communicated to Trans-Connect Operations at least 1 month in advance.
- The ARS request in any other form besides the specified format will be treated as invalid and is liable to be rejected.
- The ARS form duly completed may be submitted to the nearest Trans-Connect Centre /Reliance pump or mailed to Trans-Connect Operations.
- While Reliance will take all steps to fulfil its obligation within the stipulated time it shall however not be liable for any delay in processing the request for reasons beyond their control.
- Reliance reserves the right to alter, amend or discontinue this scheme at any time without any prior notice to the participants.

Can my driver redeem Trans-Points?

No. Only you as the Fleet owner can redeem Trans-Points.

Can any redemption request be refused or withheld?
-
Yes. Reliance, at its discretion, reserves the right to verify and check the genuineness of a Member and their transactions before approving the processing of redemption request. Approval conveyed for any redemption is conditional and Reliance reserves the right to subsequently refuse the redemption in case of detection of any fraud or unfair means having been resorted by the Member.

What is a customer profile?

All the details like customer name, contact details, type of vehicles owned/attached, etc. provided by you in the Customer Enrolment Form (CEF) application are entered into our application system and constitute the customer profile.
