A Pre-Paid account allows you to load money into your fleet account in advance at Trans-Connect Centers and select pumps, which can be utilized by your drivers to make purchases at Reliance Pumps and sales points that accept Trans-Connect cards.

What is Remote Loading?

You can load money into your account from any location at Reliance Trans-Connect centers and at select Reliance pumps.

Yes. You can utilize the amount loaded in your account immediately if mode of payment is cash. In case of cheques, credit is accorded on realization.

You do not incur any charges for loading your account from another location.

Can I load my account, if I do not know the Carrier ID?

You need to give us the Carrier ID for loading money. Else you must produce your Fleet Card. In case, you do not have both, you need to provide us the card number.

Will I get a receipt when I load into my account?

Yes, you will be issued an official system generated receipt when you load the account, which will have a unique serial number.

Whom should I contact if my account does not reflect the payment made by me?

You can contact the Trans-Connect centers / Reliance pumps where you load the amount and check the same. You can get the details through the call center.

Yes, you can transfer money through bank transfer ERTGS / E-Banking, NEFT/ RTGS, cash & cheques.

In a Post-Paid account, bank partners extend working capital facility and make payments on your behalf to RBML. You can repay the utilized amount along with interest to the bank directly, as per the agreed terms and conditions.

What is the difference between a pre-paid account and a post-paid account?

In a Pre-Paid account, you make the payment in advance for loading money into your fleet account. It enables the driver to make purchases at Reliance Pumps subsequently using the Fleet Card. In Post-Paid accounts, banks extend credit to you and pay RBML. You can subsequently make the payment along with interest to the bank as per the agreement.

What purchases can be made through Post-Paid Fleet Card?

No. You cannot repay at a Trans-Connect centers /pump. You must make all repayments to the bank from where working capital limits have been assigned.

How will I know the balance of my Post-Paid account every time?

You can call our 24x7 customer helpline at 1800223023 to find the balance. You may also be provided access to the Net Manager application, from where you can check your balance.

You must immediately call our multilingual customer helpline and report the loss of card. We will make sure that the card is blocked within 24 hours.
