Trans-Connect center is a "brick & mortar" model, managed by professional franchisee.
The franchisee should have business exposure in commercial vehicle /transportation /finance automotive products sales or related field.
Individual with operational knowledge of transportation industry and a will to take up challenging assignments.
Entrepreneurial spirit, sales & customer orientation.
Sound financial background with a capability to invest Rs. 6- 8 lacs in the business.
Expectations from TCA:
The key role of TCA is to enrollment, activations and retention of fleet customers through Value propositions of TransConnect program.
Trans-Connect centers should have dedicated manpower to promote sales of Fuel/ non-fuel offerings to TransConnect customers.
Should have strong business contacts in commercial vehicle businesses.
To achieve sales and customer enrollment / activation targets.
Participating in demand generation activities, like customer meet, participation in trade exhibitions etc.
Should possess aggressive, ambitious and go-getter attitude.
